W. Brodhage OHG was founded by Wilhelm Brodhage in Braunschweig on 11 May 1864 as a cork-cutting business. Today, with Managing Director Dr Eva Helmold-Kaselowsky, the fifth generation of the family is running the business. Changing customer requirements and technological development in the sealing industry mean that the company no longer uses cork as a raw material for its products at all. Today, high-grade plastics serve as the base material from which highly diverse sealing products are manufactured.
